You may only list accounts you legally own. Selling beamed, hijacked, recovered, or stolen accounts is prohibited and will result in a permanent ban. aqua may verify ownership before a listing goes live.
Every listing must accurately describe the account, including:
Hiding a ban or misrepresenting an account is grounds for an immediate refund to the buyer.
Apply for the "verified by aqua" badge to stand out. Verification involves confirming ownership, checking ban history, and screening claims. Verified listings get higher visibility but are held to a stricter accuracy standard — we revoke verification if a listing turns out to be wrong.
Every sale must go through aqua escrow. Asking a buyer to pay you directly, or accepting a deal off-platform, is a permanent ban. This protects both you and the buyer — escrow is also what earns you vouches.
Once a buyer locks funds, you have 24 hours to:
Listings that go silent after a deposit will be cancelled and the buyer refunded. Repeat offenders lose seller privileges.
If the buyer reports the account doesn't work, aqua will pause the escrow and review chat, credentials, and any login proof. If the listing was inaccurate, the buyer is refunded. If the buyer's claim is false, funds release to you. Decisions by aqua are final.
You set your own prices. We may show a market-price hint (for ranks, capes, or OG names) to help you stay competitive. Listings priced far above market are still allowed but tend not to sell.
You may not list:
Once an account is sold, you must not log back in or attempt account recovery. Doing so is treated as theft and results in a permanent ban plus a forced refund to the buyer.
Buyers can leave a public vouch after a deal. You cannot delete vouches, but you can reply. Trying to manipulate vouches (paying for fake ones, threatening buyers) is a ban.
You're responsible for any taxes owed on the income you earn from selling on aqua. We do not withhold tax for you.
Most violations earn a strike and a chance to fix the listing. Beaming, fraud, going off-platform, or refusing delivery are immediate bans.
We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced in-product or by email. By continuing to list after a change, you accept the updated policy.
